Each week until the end of April we are running bread baking sessions here in the B&B lasting about 4 hours, usually covering two breads, and finishing with a lunch. If you like the idea of getting hands on experience and a few tips on bread baking, then email me.
The Big Tent Festival, Scotland’s biggest eco-festival, is just down the road, Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th July 2010 with the Food Village. I'm looking forward to it.

There are many Highland Games in Fife. The 2010 dates for the nearest are, Ceres on Saturday 26th June, 4 July Cupar, and St. Andrews on 25th July
The Pittenweem Arts Festival. in the East Neuk of Fife, 7th-15th August 2010 is a delight for anyone interested in the arts, and Pittenweem itself is a charming coastal village well worth visiting at any time.
On May 25th 2010 Cupar hosts The Fife Show where there is something for everyone.
St. Andrews events include Freshers Week, the traditional street fair Lammas Market in the first week of August then the RAF AIRSHOW at nearby Leuchars in September
October: Alfred Dunhill Links Championship on Old Course St Andrews, Carnoustie & Kingsbarns, Fife, Scotland, and next year, the 139th British Open Golf 2010 in St Andrews runs from July 15-18.
Not just St. Andrews with 6 courses -there are 46 golf courses within 20 miles of here, mostly around the coast.
There are many historic buildings worth visiting e.g. St. Andrews Castle and Cathedral, Dunfermline Abbey, Culross
and Falkland Palace & gardens,
while Ceres Folk Museum and Anstruther Fisheries
