Once you have booked for you and your party you will be our only guests ensuring your privacy and comfort for the duration of your stay.

We hope you will visit our accommodation at Ochil Villa B&B in Central Fife Scotland to enjoy our home baked breads and largely organic breakfasts, whether meaty, vegan or vegetarian.
We are in Freuchie, in the stunning farmland of North East Fife two miles from Falkland Palace.
If you plan to visit Edinburgh look at our rooftop apartment in Leith, 5 minutes from the city centre.
We ask people not to smoke on our premises.
Our earliest check in time is 16:30. It is not possible to check in nor drop off luggage before this time. On subsequent days you can come and go as you please. Check out on last day by 10.00 am
